Michele has worked in the Human Capital field in various capacities for over 30 years. She is a seasoned HR Business Partner with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. She loves working with businesses and employees at all levels to develop an effective and sustainable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy.
Michele possesses a deep passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as a rich appreciation for how DEI can elevate any organization to the next level. The vast majority of her experience has been spent working at the Internal Revenue Service with executive and top-level managers to assess the environment, culture, and climate to build and implement strategies that enhance diversity at all levels. As a subject matter expert, she has developed curriculum and trained executives, managers, and employees on the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in individual and group settings.
Michele is recognized as a forward thinker and proactive problem solver. Her core strengths include Executive Coaching, Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations, HR Policy Design and Compliance, Performance Development and Improvement Strategies for Individuals and Teams, and Organizational Development.
Michele received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland European Division with a major in Business Management and a minor in Psychology. Michele lives in Orlando, Florida where she enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
