Abigail Foster is a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion researcher at Authentic, Culture & Engagement Solutions. Her roles within the organization involves, research and literature analysis. She graduated with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.

For the past 3 years, she has developed a passion for research on diversity efforts within the Hospitality industry and Higher Education. Studying and conducting research at a university filled with many cultural backgrounds, she has been able to collaborate with others from different walks of life. She has been nominated and presented at multiple academic conferences throughout the years. With her joy of traveling, Abigail loves to explore and understand different cultures. In her spare time Abigail enjoys exploring new restaurants, planning events, and reading.
